I have had the opportunity to teach individuals of all ages. I have taught in the classroom, in the studio, in my home, in the theater and out of doors. I have been fortunate enough to have a wide range of class sizes and one on one teaching. I am currently in continued training as a Life Coach which I feel helps me to provide greater personal support for my students. My background as a certified yoga instructor also helps to provide additional support and focus.
